Unwinding Section
3" air expanding shaft. Equipped with 10kg/m² X 1 magnetic powder brake.
Equipped with automatic tension controller(diameter-calculating type) to provide stable tension.

Slitting Section
Equipped with disc type blade for material slitting.
Equipped with automatic meter counter which will stop the machine when reach the pre-set length. Equipped with synchronic belt to avoid the overlap problem.

Rewinding Section
0.5", 1", 1.5", 2" rewinding shafts are all available in this machine, we can also supply as request.
Equipped with automatic tension controller.
