Production describle:

STF series self-sealing oil suction filter (new type) is a kind of filter produced by SINOFILTEC company. The filter consists of two single-barrel filters and reversing valves, which are installed at the oil pump suction mouth to avoid the pollution of sundries. Used to protect the oil pump and other hydraulic components, the system can be replaced or cleaned under the condition of no stop, suitable for continuous working hydraulic system.

Characteristics and advantages:

1. The filter can be directly installed on the side, bottom and upper part of the tank. The outlet has no thread and flange connection, the pipeline is simple, and the installation and maintenance are convenient.

2. When the filter core in the working state is blocked and the vacuum degree of the outlet reaches 0.03Mpa, the transmitter stimulates the signal. In this case, it is only necessary to rotate the directional valve so that the standby filter can enter the working state and keep the system running normally. Then wash or replace the clogged filter.

3. When the filter element blocks the transmitter to alarm, if no one deals with the fault and the vacuum degree of the outlet reaches 0.032Mpa, the bypass valve opens automatically to avoid the oil absorption failure of the oil pump, and the filter element.

4. Should be cleaned or changed in time to replace the filter core. Simply turn off the end cover of the filter, and the automatic release will automatically close, cutting off the oil flow in the mailbox so that the oil in the tank will not overflow.
